The staff is quiet, but full of interesting conversations if you start them in. It's full of food, footie jerseys, crests, and jewelry that is hard to find outside of Great Britain & Ireland. I've gotten aero bars to munch on while shopping downtown, and it's a great conversation starter in Market Square. My parents bought my cross for my 16th birthday there over ten years ago, but every time the owner is there he recognises it as his own and offers to clean it for free. My husband and I bought our wedding bands there (so did my aunt, actually), and when we were in financial trouble before the final payment, they held the rings in the safe for us for several weeks until we had the cash in the account to finally pay in full. She was extremely receptive to my specific situation and what I would need. I was not able to come to the shop, so she helped with figuring out sizing and also shipping options, and she ensured that it was delivered to me on time. Yesterday I Came into the store for a secret Santa gift and also decided to spoil myself with a ring. Today I’m not so sure about the quality of the rings they sell behind the counter . I bought one yesterday for $65 . Today my finger is green under the ring . I cannot get my cash back that I paid for it . I was told I can Only get store credit .
