Eddie and his team made our engagement ring shopping experience so pleasant! My fiancé and I were on vacation and had just gotten engaged that morning. We wanted to go ring shopping in New Hampshire for the sales tax savings. Eddie's store was the only one open on a Sunday so to be honest, we walked in not expecting much. We were instantly greeted by an employee and saw the exact ring style we had been looking for. We started talking to Eddie and he sold us with his experience, knowledge, customer service and price! Eddie did not pressure us at all. He took the time to educate us on the diamonds and metals. He had clear, up front, no nonsense pricing. We even made upgrades and customizations to the ring and Eddie did not nickel and dime us! We had done a lot of research online and Eddie's prices and quality are far more superior to anything you'd find online. Since we were on vacation we expected to have the ring shipped to us back home but luckily we mentioned we'd be in Manhattan in a week and Eddie stated we'd be able to meet him in the jewelry district to pick it up!
