Deadbolt - Boneyfiddle Escape Rooms and Mysteries — Local services in Portsmouth

I’ve been here 3 times, and each and every visit has been better than any other escape room I’ve been to. I’m an escape room veteran at this point — with 8 different escape rooms under my belt (from 5 different “companies”).

Boneyfiddle is hands-down the best one. The experience is always immersive — with tons of decorations and packed full of puzzles with difficulties ranging from simple to challenging. The staff is always engaging and friendly.

My group tried out the Tiki room on its debut night and had so much fun. Since it was a new room, they asked for feedback on the difficulty level and said they would make adjustments for anything that was too complicated for the 60-minute time limit. So it was great to see how devoted they were to our experiences.

Our family has been to deadbolt many times but it honestly gets better and better each time we attend. This past weekend we took two groups to the escape rooms to celebrate my son’s 14th birthday. We had 10 people and not one of them left with anything less than an amazing time! We laughed, we screamed and some of us escaped. We are trying to make it a family tradition to try escape rooms all over, when we travel. After looking into several cities, I am convinced that none will come close to being comparable to Deadbolt’s thrill factor and all around experience! Me and my dad went and did the collection one and it was great! It was my dad's first escape room and it was my fourth and we escaped with 1:27 left as team collector! Our guide was wonderful and really nice! Me and my dad however almost peed our pants from the demon jumps care in the box but it was really fun! We're going to come back here before school starts back up again!
