Portsmouth Farmers' Market — Local services in Portsmouth

Portsmouth is a dog friendly town. Dogs are NOT welcome at the farmers market. I didn't see the sign and someone told me I better leave or I would get a ticket ! I apologized and left. We love our Portsmouth Farmers Market! Lots of great vendors, all locally grown, locally made, and/or locally sourced products. A must for every visit for us is a stop at the maple ice cream booth - this is the creamiest ice cream and it's so delicious.

Great medium sized farmers market located at town hall on top of a hill with a great view. Lots of local farmers to get you kale fix for the week. There are some food tents - Indian, Ukrainian, and seafood always seem to be there as well as live music. Opens early May and goes through October.
