After purchasing over $100 worth of items yesterday, one of the beaded bracelets broke within two hours of wearing it. We returned to the shop and explained to the clerk what happened and her response was, 'it's not my shop so I can't do anything'. The owner was apparently at their other shop several blocks away. She suggested we go find her there to ask her personally. Are you kidding I thought? Can you please call and ask her I said? She did reluctantly and had a bit of an attitude as she clearly didn't want to be bothered. The owner verdict was 'no' so we walked the several blocks and spoke to her ourselves. When we arrived we were told she was in the basement snd we needed to go around back and down to find her. 'Can you please get her?' I asked.
