I am a truck driver who visited this facility for my very first time, today, to pick up a 53' dry-van load bound for Denver. I was very impressed with the overall neatness and well-organized layout of their loading and staging areas. First-rate! I arrived on time, waited briefly while another dry-van finished loading, and in only about 20 minutes I was on their dock, and loading was ready to begin. The shipping clerks doubled as forklift operators -- one for flatbed loads, one for dry-van loads. I was loaded up and had the paperwork in my hands in less than thirty minutes. Professional! The dry-van clerk even gave solid advice for properly lining up on his dock, helped me disassemble and set aside my rack of load-locks I keep on my wall, by the swinging doors, and brought my paperwork out to me when it was ready -- this sort of friendly, helpful, and businesslike behavior is unheard-of at most shipping facilities. easy access to the place, there is space for about 3 or 4 trucks before arriving in case they arrive at night, stay near the reception office they have a bathroom although love is only 10 minutes from the place, loading starts at 6 am, in my case I arrived earlier but I had to wait, once they start everything is very fast and there is room to maneuver...
