I woke up one morning on the wrong side of the bed. Not only was I on the wrong side of the bed but I had a strange puncture on my wrist and my bedroom window was flung wide open-letting in the brisk wind of a stormy day just beginning. āWhat happened last night?!ā I wondered incredulously. I lay there a little baffled with the storm still ruffling the curtains- the movement and noise adding to the feeling that I had been through something unusual in my sleep. My dreams had been unsettling, bizarre memories of theme parks on the moon and a one eyed green creature came morphing into my mind. I know I had to bring myself back down to earth. I rolled out of bed, put on my robe, and strode up the stairs to make a pot of coffee. I put a little cannabis butter in my coffee in hopes it would alter my perception enough to have my seeing clearly again. Before Iād even finished my first cup there came a knock on my front door. āWho could be calling at this hour and in this storm?ā I mused as I went to look through the peephole. Lo and behold, lest my eyes deceived me but there is the one eyed green creature I had remembered from my dream! I almost dropped my coffee cup. (Which would have been terrible as I adore my prismatic blue and yellow mug.) My mind must have sort of stopped working in earthly ways, because I unlocked the dead bolt and opened the door. I couldnāt think of what to say to the creature but he addressed me first. āIt is time for you to meet The Artist. Get your shoes. Lose the robe.ā I donāt know why but I couldnāt argue with this creature. Bright green and beaming, he seemed to know what my destiny was. I traded my robe for a denim jacket, laced up my converse, and followed the creature down my front steps to his waiting mobile- a dark black hover craft with dark red leather interior. The creature even opened the passenger door for me with the push of a button on his wrist. I settled into the cushy seat, he got behind the dashboard of buttons, and just like that we zoomed off. The strange part I recall was that as I gazed out the window of the craft I saw not my familiar neighborhood with its cats and dogs, but stars and comets zooming by at light speed. āWhere are you taking me?ā I asked. āTo The Artistās Planet. Itās just down this nebula and around the corner of Galaxy Gamon.ā I decided not to ask anymore questions. This creature seemed confident in our destination and the cannabis I had added to my coffee had me relaxed and open to this turn of events. Besides, I love artists. We pulled up to a parking station on a red planet and the rest is history. The creature introduced me to The Artist, a fine young man who was covered in art and full of ideas. The Artist gave me some art of my own on my own skin and gave me some ideas from his own brain. I was returned safely to my humble abode in the craft. I made new friends that day and I will never forget the day I was abducted for a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow getting a tattoo here was phenomenal! Between the clean environment and the buzz of the machines I felt like I was right back on the spaceship just like that night so many years ago when the creatures from above came down and chose me to take! While getting my new monster tattoo the memories came flooding back, the bright lights, the long alien fingers, the strange calm that washed over me any time I looked into their big deep dark eyes.... I've been getting tattooed by Gio for many years and highly recomend this shop whether you've had your own alien encounter you're looking to reexperience, looking to get a funny little monster tattoo, or have a specific idea in mind this is the shop for it and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI feel like itās a fairly bad idea to walk through a portal labelled āPost Falls, Idahoā (which, by the way, is a town Iāve never been to), but I did. Itās small and quiet, and nothing like the abbey. When you walk in, itās like something out of a fantasy novel. Mushrooms and unicorns conversing with creatures straight out of vintage horror movies, including a weird looking wizard who knew way too much about said horror movies. The environment was lovely (even with the psychedelic talking mushrooms) and I felt so safe there. The tattoo I received is so, so beautiful, itās everything I couldāve wanted and I love it (and Allie) so much. Thank you so much for inviting me into your...
