I purchased a salt nic specific device, Aspire AVP, from Vape-It in Post Falls under the impression that the various types of replacement pods would be available for purchase. I was mistaken. The salesperson did not tell me that only the sub-ohm mesh pods would be available for purchase once the pods that came with the device went bad. Unfortunately, the sub-ohm mesh pods are not suitable for salt nic juices as the nicotine levels in each hit can be extremely high and dangerous. I have called the shop and gone in several times to try to work out the problem. This shop is unwilling to bring in the pods that work for salt nic or refund the money for a device I canât use. Even a single hit from the mesh pod filled with salt nic juice leaves you gasping for air as your lungs try to handle the amount of nicotine just inhaled. The following Tuesday - I dropped it and shattered the glass on my tank, and accidentally threw the entire top away removing the glass - I was super embarrassed. I called and Conner immediately told me it was okay, and that he would even discount a new tank because I bought the kit so recently. He stayed past closing (since I work in North Spokane) just to help me, as well as hook my boyfriend up with an Aegis Solo of his very own. Connorâs customer service is absolutely fantastic and what every person customer service should strive to be like. Iâve worked retail for years, so I understand how annoying it can be to stay late for customers - but he did it anyway.    Read moreI purchased.2 disposable vapes yesterday (8/22/22). The esco bar died the same day and wouldn't charge. I tried to exchange it and the girl refused! I am a very loyal buyer (2-3 disposables per week), but the disrespect from the young girl in that store is such a turnoff, I will find a new vape store to spend my money. As a business owner myself, I would love to talk to the owner and let them know she doesn't seem to like working there. The last time she helped me she was so irritated when I asked her about the different flavors. Why? I have no idea other than she acts like she hates get job.
