I'm responding to the owners reply, while charging a service fee for using a credit card in Idaho is allowed, it must also: "Businesses must clearly and prominently disclose the surcharge to customers before the transaction is completed. This means providing clear signage at the point of sale (POS) and potentially on invoices or online checkout pages." Based on the fact that you don't seem to be adhering to that, we will not be back as it speaks greatly to the type of business you are running...and how many others were "mistakenly" charged for the other misc. charge?

Will not be back ever! Have stopped in many times and even referred folks to Bunker but not any more!!! Charge me $1.05 to use my credit card, WITHOUT letting me know ahead of time (server asked to take my card and run BEFORE I saw the bill, is this her way of avoiding questions on these ridiculous charges?), charge me 3% or $1.08 for a SERVICE CHARGE, for what???? Cuz you also left "suggestions" for a tip. After all that $40 for 2 burgers/fries and 2 beers, they have the audacity to charge 50 cents for 2 fry sauces, could understand if you're wanting 5 but a standard 2??? Been a while since we've been in, but burgers...

I came in solo after an event. I had never been inside and decided to stop for a beer and check it out. Before I could get to the bar-top Bethany said hello and asked if I've been in before. Amazing! I didn't even have a chance to get ignored at a busy bar on a Saturday night. Bethany was great while I was there. I couldn't help but watch her be so fluid in conversation and her customers needs simultaneously... All while watching new people walk in and reading them appropriately and damn-near instantly engaging them and welcoming them into the bar. Don't let this girl go! Pay her more, or I'll steal her away!! She's THAT great! Please recognize her in some way. Other patrons I spoke to know her by name, and she knows others by name by the dozen. She's not someone you want to lose from this facility, I promise you! I'll take her in a heartbeat. She loves her job right now... So I think you're doing something great! This vibe is good, no shady things...I now love this bar!

10 bucks for a hamburger, I'm happy to pay that for greatness, unfortunately I didn't get that today. When I say 10 bucks I mean you're not getting any fries or a drink with it so, based on the price, expectations are high. I ordered from the food truck out front and got a burger that used quality ingredients but lacked flavor. The staff had a friendly disposition and as I was going to eat my burger in the car, they said they would bring it to me. When the person who brought it to me delivered it, it was in a tiny styrofoam container (no presentation) and I was not even offered a single napkin. Thank goodness I had some napkins in the glove compartment. I'm a little shocked, at prices they charge for a high end burger but don't offer high end service or flavor.. I would consider going to the bar and having a drink here but probably won't be trying their burgers again unfortunately. For my money, I would just head down the street towards Rogers and get yourself a proper burger...
