Family Dollar — Local services in Post Falls

I have always enjoyed this store I remember when they were first getting stuff moved in me and my kids caught them working and visited them and every sense in. They’ve been super sweet great customer service stores always clean well today I went in there and it was the complete opposite not only that the new lady behind the counter was super rude, so I ended up just walking out. I’ve lived around here, my whole life and people like her just don’t fit. This is a family community. We all respect each other and she is a disgrace. She disgust me with her rude demeanor and actions towards me someone who shops there faithfully, but never will again so I called after leaving to speak with the manager and heard her talking about me to other customers, so I just hung up. The store was clearly under staffed, but the employees that work there were helpful, attentive and gave amazing customer service. If there was a tip jar available I definitely would of left them $100. They were busting their butts as each of them were multi tasking, all while giving each customer their absolute best. I can keep going but I think my point is made. I just purchased 2 hampers that were placed in a spot that said 9$ and the manager said they were placed there because they had nowhere else to put them when I mentioned they may want to move them so noone else thinks they are 9$ when in fact they rang up as 14.25 each. That for one is false advertisement, and for another she was rude in her monotone way of stating they had them on the flo ( ebonics ) and people keep kicking them around.
