Wednesday January 11, 2023 I stopped at the Post Falls Idaho store and was immediately greeted by Tom Bleyle. I had several codes going off in my car and felt very concerned as I was getting ready to drive a lengthy distance. Tom was happy to grab the tool needed to read the codes and walked with me to my car. He was kind and helpful while also being very informative. He got all the information from the car and explained everything in detail and then went and cleared the codes from my car. He offered to get me the best price on each part that was needed while also explaining why and what was needed. My husband was away from home and Tom really brought calm and peace in the midst of a potentially stressful situation. He was kind and funny yet detailed and informative. He stayed with me and sent me on my way equipped with what was going on with my car and what I needed to do immediately and in the near future. Tom Bleyle is an asset to Auto Zone and I personally appreciate you having him available to help me. Thank you so much!!...

i went into the post falls site earlier today to get bulbs to change my front blinker and my break light. the old lady that was working the counter started to help me until i told her that i was going to need help putting them in my car because i didn't know how. she came out and told me what i needed to take off my back light and then went back inside. she did not come out so when i came back to the store i asked her to speak to her supervisor and she asked me why, i told her that i wanted to talk to him about her. she then told me that i was going to have to wait because he was in the back. i waited for about 10 minutes for him to come out which he never did so i found another supervisor and complained to him about her. i told him that i know it wasn't his fault but she needs to learn customer service with working with the public. i have gone in there in the past and someone has always helped me with putting the bulbs in the one time before that i had it done. i will never go back into...

I've been here a few times over the years, always able to find what I need for my vehicles. But I was compelled to write a review because you have an awesome young man working for you by the name of Jeremiah. I came in on the evening of 11/9/22 looking for some help with my car battery. He responded quickly to my entrance, was very personable and respectful, and helped me out as much as he could. Come to find out, he's a hard working senior in high school from a hard working family and he is a couple weeks out from shipping out to boot camp. God only knows how much of a better world we'd be living in if we had more young men like him. As a father of 2 boys, I hope my sons grow up to be as hard working and respectful and this young man.
