During COVID-19, as online shopping became our norm, this UPS store has been the backbone of Great Falls. Their diligent work, often under the pressure of processing multiple returns and coordinating with heavy UPS trucks, has not gone unnoticed.

Every team member, from Evy, the young lady with the striking purple hair highlight to the young assistant Jaalen, with his always smiling face, provides exemplary service. I can’t tell you how many times I have forgotten box and they have provided assistance or printing labels directly to their printer with speed and efficiency all that requires effort, knowledge and ability to do a great work and all of them provided that and more.
They offer a range of supplies, like tape at reasonable prices, and boxes for those last-minute Amazon drop-offs.
This team's diversity in personalities and strengths creates a perfect blend, making this UPS store the go-to for all our mailing needs. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere and I extend my heartfelt thanks to Marlon for his exceptional leadership.

I had a terrible experience with this UPS store in Great Falls. I dropped off both a UPS package and a USPS package. The clerk accepted both without any issues. However, a week went by, and the USPS package still wasn't tracking. When I contacted USPS, they couldn't locate it either.
I called the store twice and spoke with Marlon, who turned out to be the owner. Instead of being helpful, he was defensive, incredibly rude, and even threaten to hang up on me. He outright told me he couldn't deal with me. I was shocked to learn that as the owner, he referred me to speak with a manager at a different location instead of trying to help me.
I'm extremely upset with the lack of customer service and professionalism, especially since I was never informed that the store has no system in place to account for USPS packages dropped off or picked up from their location. If it gets lost, it's completely at your own risk.
Avoid dropping off any USPS packages or any package where a receipt cannot be generated at this store. The lack of accountability and the poor treatment I received is unacceptable.
