Great Falls Farmers Market — Local services in Potomac

20240608 First time here... SO TINY!! in a rich neighborhood. I'm really surprised by how small this farmers market is!! I thought the one on Lawyers Rd, Reston, was tiny. Oh my, this market is tiny!! Fortunately, it has what I need... an organic meat, eggs, and soup (Liberty Hill Farm), homemade emparandas (made by the grandma of the sweet young ladies), and fruits and veggies (Diazberries). I got some turkey and wild rice soup, chicken and rice soup, eggs, emparandas (chicken, veggies, and beef), green beans, and Blackberries and blueberries which are very sweet 😋. The veggies emparanda was good, and the dough is a little sweet, which is very different from all the ones I tried. I would come back to shop with these 3 vendors ago. They also have vendors selling bread and other nonfood...

It was smaller than expected about seven shops including Veggie and Fruits, lotions, soap, pre-made home cooked meals, sweets, and meat. There was live music which was a nice touch.

If you're close by it's worth dropping by, but if not I wouldn't travel over 20...
