If I could give Adeler Jewelers 10 stars I would. I have bought jewelry at other places and it has always felt so transactional. And every other place I went the sales person were so pushy it made it uncomfortable.

So when I was buying my wife her engagement ring ( which the proposal was a surprise). I was freaking out about what type and style of ring I should I get for her. I had no idea what I was doing or going to get. And then I was worried about how much it was going to suck going to a jewelry store where I felt they would not really help me out. I was expressing these concerns to a friend, and my friend recommended that I should go to Adelers. I ended up going. And I am so happy I did. It was a completely different experience from those other places. Adeler Jewelers is a family run business, and they make you feel like you are part of the family. They actually care about what is going on in your life and treat it as a celebration. George sat with me and taught me about rings and made me feel so comfortable and helped me design a beautiful ring for my wife ( which she loved). I could have not been happier.

But this was years ago when I bought that ring. But just recently there was an accident. And the ring accidentally fell into the garbage disposal. My wife was so upset. Because her ring was destroyed. But the sad feelings from this accident soon passed. Because once again Adelers was there to help. They helped me with the insurance. They then made my wife a new beautiful ring to replace the old one. And then with George’s idea and recommendation he melted down the damaged platinum and put it into the new ring. Which made the new piece feel apart of the old ring. He also took one of the stones from the ring and turned it into a beautiful pendant necklace. He actually turned the experience into something nice. Because now this time around my wife was apart of the amazing process and experience you get when you are at this store. There are not enough words to describe our first/recent experience with Adeler's Jewelers! My sister suggested Adeler's to us, as she knew we were looking to upgrade my wedding ring, as we had just celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary. On our first visit, Val was so welcoming, knowledgeable, intuitive, professional, honest, congenial, and most importantly she listened to me and allowed us to take our time. There were 2 - 3 rings that I/we really loved, but I wanted a few days to think about them, and decide which one was the "perfect" ring for me. We returned the following week, only to be welcomed once again, as if we were old friends! We looked at the rings again, and when asked, Val knew which ring I loved, and she was right. It was a beautiful custom design by Jorge, except I/we surprised her ~ as we wanted my original diamond put in the center of that ring, and then I told her, we also wanted the other "Very Stunning " diamond ring designed by Jorge, as a 40th Anniversary Wedding Ring! I absolutely love them both and can't stop looking my hands, smiling and admiring them !!! Val and Jorge obviously love their work, and enjoy the process of assisting their customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry. Jorge creates stunning pieces of art, and Val's intuition along with her kind and out going personality together they are a perfect team. Their receptionist, Taylor, is also very welcoming, and helpful too ! If you are looking for that "Special One of a Kind Piece of Jewelry" or a " Unique Gift" for someone you love, Adeler's should be the first (and last) store you visit. We not only found that "perfect" ring..... we found 2 "Perfect Rings" and we will definitely be Adeler...

I was referred to Adeler Jewelers because I was interested in having some casting done. The jewelers that actually have this capability and craftsmanship are few. I brought a flower made from plaster that my father used to put on ceilings of restoration buildings. Since his passing I have been searching for someone to replicate the flower into a pieces of jewelry. The processes that other jewelers suggested was to transfer a scanned image to 3D printer which would create a mold, this process failed. Thankfully Adeler Jewelers had the knowledge and expertise to hand carve a mold to re-create the flower in the size that was absolutely perfect for a one of a kind bracelet designed by Jorge Adeler himself. My first appointment was an hour long, Jorge set aside as much time as I needed to discuss the options that would work for this piece and other questions I had about other items. He not only value my fathers work but could see how much this meant to me personally. There was no need for a deposit and he said when he finished with it if I did not like it I did not have to buy it. I was surprised and pleased with this business approach. In a short time of 4 weeks the bracelet was ready, I was so touched to see such perfection I cried, please view the pictures I have uploaded. The artistry it took to create this piece that I will have for the remainder of my life was affordable at a reasonable cost.
