I really appreciate coming in from out of state and going almost an hour out of my way, during my travels, to come to your store, during your normal open hours, just to find a freakin’ locked door and a note that says you won’t be there today. Nothing about it in voice mail, even! And I used up , wasted an hour of free parking just for this! Wow! Looking through the window, your store looked like absolute garbage anyways. Stuff all over the floor, empty shelves. I missed off and the next time I come through PA, I will NEVER AGAIN be stopping at this store! What a freakin’ joke! Love having this place in Pottstown. Their selection of games is immense. But I asked to be notified when they receive a Guitar Hero controller, and they told me they don’t do that. Seems like a basic service to provide for a store of this nature, and a way to get repeat visits. Also, they have some really cool looking demo machines set up but few if any of them are turned on/work. My son was super excited to see them and super bummed that none of them were playable. I did find some good games, but I struck out on everything I was looking for - a DDR pad, a Guitar Hero controller, and the extra motion sensors for Wii controllers. Oh well.

I like this store but as others have mentioned the prices are marked up by 15% at least. They should be refurbishing everything if they're going to mark it up like that. At least put new batteries in games that require it. They don't even clean the games until you buy them. That's just my constructive criticism. They only refund in store credit so just be wary. That's kinda whack considering they clearly don't test all their games. It's hard not to recommend anywhere else now that I'm thinking about it more lol.
