If I could give zero stars I would I was completely discriminated against being a woman against another customer which was a male I was there first waiting patiently at the register when a man came in and walked right in front of me and when I said something the guy behind the counter that owns the store was like oh you got a problem and I said yes I do your customer service skills suck and you allowed another customer to cut in front of me and when I spoke up they both downgraded me because I was a woman oh don't be a Karen because I spoke up for myself I was labeled to Karen I would never go back to this...

Great store in a great location. Finally! A tobacco store on this side of town! Prices are slightly, just slightly, higher than other stores but I'll gladly pay a few more cents for somewhere closer to walk or drive to (I don't have to drive I live near the top of the steps so it's a very short walk).

If they don't have something you ask for he'll get it for you quickly. The store is very clean, they've fixed the building up and are always very welcoming when you come in. Maybe if people would shop there more and support it more...the owner seems to listen when customers...

I stopped in to buy tobacco, tubes, and a soda. I paid with my card and she told me it was declined and told me to go get cash out of the ATM. I left the store to go elsewhere and I checked my bank account. Turns out the transaction did in fact go through so I went back inside to show the lady at the register this. I asked for her to give me either my purchased items or a refund. Took about 10 minutes of going back and forth for her to give me what I purchased. If you choose to shop here, pay cash and double check...
