I would not recommend this store because they operate under their own rules. They will sell you anything, however, if you have any issues, they will not help. I had a warranty exchange authorized by T-Mobile and they refused to accept it. T-Mobile sent them the phone replacement and the man there claimed I would hurt his inventory if he accepted my phone. A warranty exchange is, T-Mobile sends the phone to a store, the store takes your phone and sends it back. Then, T-Mobile sends it to the manufacturer. 100% simple. This store will do whatever it can to not honor a customer issue, even one already settled by T-Mobile. My phone had a manufacturers defect and would cost the store nothing. Be careful of 3rd party owned stores. They will not help you after sale. The man "claimed" he spoke to "upper management". This place is GP Mobile owned. Completely unsatisfied with this business and will not deal with again and I will let everyone I know to avoid this company and...
Read moreI had an experience with T-Mobile that was a very good example of customer service. My wife’s phone would not work because Verizon locked it. We went to Verizon twice to get it unlocked so we could use T-Mobile. My exchange with Verizon ended up them being extremely rude and the phone was unusable for either Verizon or T-Mobile. We went to T-Mobile for assistance. Jessie Bradshaw at the Piedmont T-Mobile was instrumental in getting my wife a new phone that worked! In addition Heather Taylor and Kaylin Adams worked for over an hour to get the phone working with all of the data transferred over to the new device! THANK YOU to Jessie, Heather and Kaylin for super customer service and treating us like we were family.
Sincerely,
Cliff and...
Read moreIf i could give this store 0 stars I would!!! They have inconsiderate and ignorant people working this store!! While i was working my husband and daughter went to the store to get her a new phone and the manager sent them to an atm because he could only pay cash not use a card for the purchase. Told him that it would count towards the first bill but it never did. There is no record of the cash paid in the system anywhere. Also its bullshit that a human cant override their AI system to change a payment arrangement or is it because when the phone gets cut off they charge 20 dollars per line reconnecting fee. Thats crazy so when computers take over its because of T-Mobile staff and them not being able to override the...
