I came in and ordered 3 subs, 1 water, 2 drinks, 3 bags of chips. My total was almost 40 dollars. When ordering I told the lady all large subs. She takes my money on debit card and in my head at 10 a sub almost 40 was correct for 3 and drinks. She comes to my table and asks me were they suppose to be large. I said yes mam that's what I ordered. She leaves and then comes back and says well I only rung you up for smalls. So I tell her just bring me the small. She says oh no we will refund you your money and we will rering it up. I told her I wasn't interested in running my card again just bring me the small. She says she can't do that. I ask for the manager and he says just come up and pay for the large. It was really confusing and way over priced. 3 peoples meals a sub at that cost me 40 dollars already and the subs were not even that good. I give the manager 5 dollars cash and let him know we won't be ringing up anymore on my card just bring me what I asked for. The young lady behind the register was on her phone when we approached and was more concerned about that than taking my correct order and could not wrap her mind around just brining me what you charged me for. The manager was also not very helpful. All the people working were standing around laughing and joking which is great when you are not busy. But we waited around 15 min for 3 subs. Read moreI am DONE with this location. This location has the poorest customer service and work ethic of not just any Firehouse I’ve been to, but of any restaurant I’ve been to. When I even get to order and eat, I’ve experienced so much frustration trying to eat the food, I don’t even care if it’s good.
EVERY time I’ve ever tried to call in an order (I get off work at 9 and try to call then, 30 minutes before they close), no one answers the phone the first 5 times you call, then when they finally do, there’s a 50% chance you’ll get put on hold. Tonight I got put on hold again. Out of curiosity, I decided to drive over here to see if there was a reason I was still on hold after 10 minutes.
THREE workers were standing in the lobby, one customer was leaving as I pulled in but they were otherwise completely unoccupied. Even as my fiancée walked in, I stayed on the phone to see if they’d ever answer. They didn’t.

Read moreI stopped in for lunch today and the service was terrible! A group of 3 came in after I placed my to go order (small turkey&cheese snacktime). I sat and waited for my food to made, I watched Austin (slim guy with the decayed bottom front teeth)make about 6 sandwiches 3 of which were ordered before me and the other 3 after I placed my order. I waited 10 minutes and after making everyone else's sandwich he looks to me and says "I'm making yours now" as if he were doing me a favor. Quite frankly my order should have been made before the group that came in after me, unless Firehouse Subs has a policy that says those orders eating at the restaurant are more of a priority than to go orders. This is my first&last time eating at this location, your crew needs to be trained on why a line is formed and not to make orders based on race/color. Now lets talk about my sloppy meat hanging out and falling out and just slapped together. Wade Hampton, Haywood Rd, and even Boiling Springs locations knows how to make a sandwich and has A+1 service I have no idea what you guys are doing over.
