Scoobie — Local services in Prairie Village

Have went into this shop twice. Never greeted either time. Never approached if I needed help or need a fitting room. Only customers in store. Both times one associate was the same. She tends to like to talk to her coworker at the register vs. assist customers. Sometimes likes to act like she is overwhelmingly busy-again only people in the store. Today had to ask for a fitting room. Was told they were around the corner. Was never checked on or asked if needed any help or different size. Not impressed. Cute store, cute clothes, terrible customer service. Want to support small, local businesses but was so off putting couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Sweet little shop with so many cute clothes. Locally owned and operated by a hard working family that really puts their all into the shop. There is wine, coffee, water and possibly other treats served when you go in there and the owner is very kind and helpful when it comes to shopping opinions. I love this place!! Sarah is such an amazing owner not only because she is the sweetest person but she finds items for various body shapes.
