Horrible experience, repeatedly. I had such a difficult time communicating with their staff and my own doctor at this facility that after being a patient for only one year and being seen maybe 4 times- I will never return to this practice. I tried to file a complaint about the terrible service received and ridiculous way I was spoken to by the office manager and a nurse when trying to schedule an appointment but, the KU system would not allow me to properly file a complaint. I called the patient services line and no one called me back. When I called a second time I was forwarded to the office manager at this location who I was wanting to file a complaint on. She informed someone would contact me to take the note and wouldn’t you guess… no one ever did. The wait here for service is too long, the staff is rude and incompetent and the “service” provided by the doctor was not helpful. The nurses and doctors there do not make any time to hear you out or validate that you know anything about the way your own body is feeling. Would never send anyone...
Read moreI was in the waiting room for about 7-10 minutes when they moved us to a room to wait for the doctor. So we waited, and then waited, and continued to wait for 97 minutes before the doctor comes in to see our 6 day old infant. If your too busy to see that many people, don't schedule that many. Absolutly ridiculous....
