so we walk in and I tell my husband I'm going to the restroom. as I'm in the restroom and older black women with glasses approach my 4 yr old son asked him if he took his money out of the tip jar and he wasn't sure what she was asking so confused he looked at his dad my husband proceeded to tell my son tell her no you didn't. then as I walk out the restroom and up to the counter with my very excited 4 yr old this blonde girl Catherine Thornhill takes his cash right out of his hands right in front of me when I asked what she was doing she said he took it out of the tip jar and I said no he didn't I gave him 10 this morning for helping me with deliveries and this is where the conversation should have ended but she proceeded to say are you sure about that and I said yes I was but I check his wallet just to make sure and said see it is empty and for her to give my 4 yr old his 5 back. she then repeated her self adding we had a 5 in the tip jar and it is missing now. then I got upset because now she was accusing my 4 yr old of stealing and me of lying and I asked her if she was calling me a lair. then I told my family that we were leaving and going somewhere else because this was unacceptable behavior towards customers and more importantly my 4 yr old. she said fine do that and I told her I'd be contacting the owner she laughed and said go ahead. we walked out of the store I stopped and said just so you know he is 4 yrs old and you tried to take a 4 yrs money then proceed to put my son and daughter back in the car when the chick comes rushing out the door to say have a good one. this is absolutely horrible behavior and the first time I have ever experienced this. my son didn't understand why this happened because he has a autism and because of this he has communication and comprehension problems so he thought he was in trouble. Read moreWaited a lengthy amount at drive thru, 1 vehicle ahead of me. Not sure how long the vehicle in front of me has been there, but I only waited about 5 mins behind them. My order was taken promptly, but getting to the window to give my payment/receive my smoothie was not prompt. 10 more minutes, I see one employee walk by, then another young guy who has my smoothie in his hand, he places it on the counter and proceeds to laugh with 1st employee that walked by. I am making eye contact with him at this point bc now I am in a hurry to make it to work on time, he looks at me and walks away. He starts doing other things, then I’m assuming the manager ( due to clothing and head set/ device in hand) walks by and looks at me not once, but twice. No one has acknowledged me, taken my payment nothing. Whatever they were conversing about seemed more important than me getting my smoothie that was just sitting on the counter. Now I work in customer service, so I know how it goes. If something is wrong, you’re tied up, you make it your business to acknowledge customer and let them know you’ll be right with them. So rude so I ask for the kale instead and wait for my food. 15 min go by and 2 people received my food before me. I ask about my flat bread and this lady who took my order swear she gave it to me! Like girl if you need to look at the cameras do that. I haven’t left this store since I ordered and I was not handed no bag!
