This place decent yogurt, stale toppings, and horrible customer service. I just moved here from California and took my wife to try out the place we started trying the yogurt and it was ok but when we went to pay the guy at the counter was already rude and ignoring us looking at his phone the whole time then he gave us the total I went to pay in cash and before he even took the $50 or opened the register he said in such a lazy and rude tone that they don't have change for that while continuing to look at his phone then asked me if I "just have a credit card or debit card like everyone else" and the answer to that was no I just moved here and only have cash at the moment then he proceeded to snatch the money out of my hand very rudely as if I ruined his day for paying in cash I want to see him fired and I want to speak to a manager because if this is type of employees that this establishment hires I will make sure everyone I speak to knows not to go to sweet frog I felt very unwelcomed and offended by his attitude and I want to see changes because this is...

My first time ever going was today 😦. No greeting to the establishment no explaining how anything works it is all self serve. You put your bowl on the scale you pay your money and not a thank you or enjoy your treat. Thank you for coming nothing. None of the topping are labeled so just guess what it is😧. I paid almost $20.00 for 2of the frog 🐸 bowl size of yogurt and nothing no hospitality at all. The cashier took our money and stayed in the back the whole time we were there. They even have sweet frog products to sell and nothing no one ever said a thing or even asked would you like to buy a shirt. By far, one of the sweetest stops in Prattville. The GM, Erin, has a wonderful personality. She’s super friendly, and she listens to her customers. I’ve never had anything but an outstanding experience at this Colorado and family friendly frozen yogurt shoppe, jam packed full of delicious flavors and tons of toppings! I am super thankful that they added plain marshmallows, as well as the Lucky Charms to their buffet. The place is always pristine, and I always feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated as a customer.
