Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Prescott

Today was my first visit to this newly opened Ross Prescott Valley location and I must say, I loved it. Well that shortly ended during check out. Even though I found great deals , not sure if I would go back to spend another hundred. Check out was terrible. Take my money , and push them out is what I experienced. This woman's attention was on the next cashiers customer auguring with this poor woman and her husband. Maggie asked for assistance with her purchased items to her vehicle because her husband had some health issues. My cashier must of been a manager because she denied her request and reason was because of policy. Well she couldn't carry it by herself, and the shopping carts have welded poles sticking up so they can never leave the store. So what now Ross Management? You're suppose to be a great new store to go to. No worries, I helped her and It's was a pleasant experience again. Thank you Maggie for the candle. God bless you...

I like going to Ross for my kids they always have cute stuff.great place to go for home decor very cheap.for a young dad it's very hard to find clothes that fit and don't have noticable flaws like messed up stitching or one sleeve is longer or the pants are miss tagged different sizes and good luck finding a pair of men's size 11 shoes that look cool.i did find a guess peacoat that was really$300 for120.great place for women or kids guys know your sizes and shop online not many choices for men in Prescott if your not a cowboy or don't mind wearing Walmart clothes.i still go to check the men's section when I bring my family but I leave...

Even though the cashiers were always nice, however many of the items weren't special. They might be new with tags, but their styles seems to be outdated, similar to other supermarkets items quality and prices were like 3x more. We decided to purchase none of the clothing and only bought 3 candies. Very sad, since it used to be a lot of different clothing (better design and quality) with great prices.
