Today was my first visit to this newly opened Ross Prescott Valley location and I must say, I loved it. Well that shortly ended during check out. Even though I found great deals , not sure if I would go back to spend another hundred. Check out was terrible. Take my money , and push them out is what I experienced. This woman's attention was on the next cashiers customer auguring with this poor woman and her husband. Maggie asked for assistance with her purchased items to her vehicle because her husband had some health issues. My cashier must of been a manager because she denied her request and reason was because of policy. Well she couldn't carry it by herself, and the shopping carts have welded poles sticking up so they can never leave the store. So what now Ross Management?
