I walked into this store with my mom (who's always raving about it)looking for a particular item. When i walked past the front counter several employees were standing. I said Hello everyone. Not one employee welcomed me or even responded. In private conversation i asked my mom are the staff always this rude? She said "no, I actually don't recognize any of them"(employees). While browsing the store a couple employees walked straight past me without asking if i needed assistance. The store has a large variety of several different things and is not easy to navigate. On my way back to the register, one very pretty older lady with a feathered bob haircut asked my mom and I how we were doing. I was glad that someone in the store exhibited kindness to my mother and I. The funny thing is other shoppers that weren't the same race as "us" where greeted with smiles. I didn't like the way i was treated at all! I don't ever have to return to Marci N Me! All customers should be greeted and treated with kindness when entering any business. Read moreI have been in this establishment twice. The first time was to purchase some face masks. I witnessed another shopper trying to pick up an order his wife had placed. The woman that looked to be "in charge" was a shorter, petite woman with dirty blond hair. She was SO VERY rude to the man. When she finally came to check me out she was very abrupt and short with me. I thought it was a bad day for her and wrote it off at that. I had to go back to the store because a friend wanted me to go in with her. Again, the same petite little woman was behind the counter and AGAIN she was short, angry, and NOT friendly at all. I put back what I was going to purchase and so did my friend. I WILL NEVER buy anything from here. What awful...

I was excited to return until the woman who checked me out told me that I didn’t qualify for gift wrapping because some of the items that I bought were on sale. It wasn’t just the policy that was an issue, but the overall delivery was incredibly rude.
When a customer is spending hundreds of dollars in gifts that could’ve spent elsewhere, it should be welcomed to package a few items as gifts. This policy (& attitude) punishes customers who buy sale items & makes no sense. I mean, even just a few gift bags for me to do myself would still be a help. I cannot imagine treating/talking to a...
