Terrible experience.

Besides the nearly crippling language barrier, the owner and staff proved incredibly incompetent. While everyone can have a bad day, this was not the case.

They claimed my meal had been given to someone else. I asked repeatedly, pointing to a specific meal waiting for pick up, 'are you sure? I believe that one is mine'. Repeatedly I asked this and was told again and again 'no no no, this one not yours'. I tried showing my ticket, I tried asking them to check. After forty-five minutes of waiting for my food (which I had already paid for) to be remade, I had enough and asked for a refund. She responds by looking in that bag that had been sitting there the whole time and says 'oh this one yours, here you go!'

I've been ordering from here for about six years. I haven't had a bad meal yet. Average menu, nothing to complain about, but also nothing to rave about. General Tso's chicken is the most lacking meal I've had there. Not spicy, mostly breading, and only two small pieces of broccoli. But then again, what else do you expect from a hole in the wall carryout joint. Their "fried" rice is just white rice with something that makes it yellow. Bland and full of huge chunks of barely cooked onion, but hits the spot if you're REALLY hungry. Their hot and sour soup is amazing though. Overall, it's a solid spot for takeout, but don't expect anything...

Amazing food!!! I swing by here whenever I’m craving Chinese food and the take out is easy ordering over the phone. You get a ton of food for a low amount and you can grab your own fortune cookies and condiments! I love how they staple all their bags together so when you pick up to take it home you don’t have to worry about your food tipping over in the car! Definitely one of the best Chinese Food Restaurants in West Mobile!!!...
