Zeal Boutique — Local services in Prichard

So I just got back from Zeal on Schillingers. I bought a necklace a month ago. I was told its stainless steel and it comes with some type of warranty. I wore it for yhe first time 2 days ago. It broke my neck out in a rash. Cheap junk!! I had my receipt. I wanted to exchange it for something else. Was told no!! It has to be returned by 14 days. Well... I just wore it for the first time 2 days ago. My neck ia all red with a rash. I spend at least 200.00 there every two months. Remember they said it comes with a warranty. The little necklace with a circle on it. I was absolutely pissef off. You store is a pathetic mess!! Dont shop hete. The young girls are rude and stuck up. They lied and wouldn't back their cheap necklace up. I have a terrible rash. All of it is junk. My bf happens to be a lawyer and Im taking legal action!!Go anywhere but here!! I even had a reciept. They lost my business and all my friends and family. Just for not backing up a 34.00 necklace. Bad customer service and the way I was treated. I spent alot their every few months. See...

The boutique is very expensive. I tried to return two things (unworn, with tags and receipt) I had no idea you could not get your money back. They gave me a store credit, but this is so wrong considering you have no way of knowing their return policy until you have paid for something! The girl stated to me that the return policy was on the receipt, but this is really stupid considering you have to buy the item to get the receipt to see the policy!!! I will NOT go back to this boutique after using my store credit that they couldn’t give to me on...

Brooklyn was SO much help for me this evening! I'm very far from a girl who dresses up nor do I have any sort of fashion sense lol I told Brooklyn the occasion, what I was looking for and she pulled me several different dresses and tops to try. The "She Knows It Dress" was the last dress to try on and I was BLOWN AWAY! Beautiful orchid color, flowy and extremely comfortable and I didn't have to worry about any special bras or tape to wear it. I'm not a boutique store girl, but I think for sure I'll definitely come back to Zeal's for my next...
