Brandy Melville — Local services in Princeton

The store is very nice and had plenty of options to choose from, but once it came to trying on my clothes in the dressing room, that’s when things went south. Me and my friend stood in line for an hour, which was understandable as the store was quite busy, BUT before we went into a room we were told we could only bring in ten items at a time. When I asked the worker if she could hold my other items for me, which at other brandy melville’s I’ve gone to they have done, she said “I’ll try my best”?? When I return out of the dressing room after rushing to make sure my clothes were still there, going so fast my nail came off and my friend trying on less clothes than me finished after me, none of my clothes were there. I was in the dressing room for only 3 minutes and all of my stuff was gone. When I tried talking to the worker, she was very rude to me and seemed frustrated when I was trying to figure out where my clothes were. After already being in the store for 2 hours at this point, I was too overwhelmed to go back and try to find the 20 other items I had. At the end, I ended up just purchasing 3 items, which very much so could have been 20 if it wasn’t for how the worker acted and how things are ran at this store. Additionally, even if my items were saved, I would have had to go to the back of the line again and wait which I find quite ridiculous as this just pushes away customers as well as revenue. Not only do I believe the worker should be talked to about this, but customers should also be notified BEFORE getting in line that they can only bring 10 items in at a time, so you don’t end up wasting your time as I did. Overall, the store is very nice, but the employees and how the store functions, not so much.
