I returned two shirts. I wore them once each for maybe an hour and realized I didn’t really like how they fit. When I returned the two women at the front were so rude to me and exchanged looks between each other and I felt like I had time traveled back to high school because that’s how they were acting. Like mean girls. The blonde one had a face like she was smelling something bad while she was doing my return. They said they would accept the return but my clothes this time were “obviously worn”: there was a dust mark one of the shirts. I feel kind of bad leaving this because the girls that helped me out when I first bought the shirts were really kind. I understand not wanting to take back obviously worn items but they could’ve been a little nicer about it. Extremely rude and arrogant employees. I went in a couple weeks ago to do a quick return (online purchase) and was disappointed by the interaction that occurred. First, it seems only one employee was on the floor and was helping someone else so no one greeted me and I waited by the register for a few minutes before someone acknowledged me. Then, the employee was not pleasant, warm, or polite but rather abrupt, rude, and when I had a question about the way the return was appearing on the digital screen, she just stared at me blankly and did not answer me. Love this store. Always find something good on sale here. Great staff and merchandise. Always a pleasure to shop here, except for one mean girl who works here-blonde short hair;she is always so rude!)
