Madewell — Local services in Princeton

I wish I got the names of the TWO ANGELS who work at Madewell in Princeton that gave me HOURS back to my busy life by helping out my daughter (and me). We had spent DAYS looking for specific khaki shorts for her uniform for her upcoming job as a summer camp counselor. Every store in town/RT 1, online, everywhere - and we could not find any that fit her. We walked in and they immediately gave her all of their attention. They recalled ONE random pair of shorts in the back on the clearance rack and low and behold, they fit her! They even ordered her 4 more to ship to us before camp starts. I almost hugged them. It sounds dramatic, but they SAVED me. This search had taken up so much time. They are really the best and I can't wait to go back for myself when I have time to enjoy. Highly recommend. Amazing staff...

I was here a few weeks ago just browsing and I saw a bag I really loved but didn’t NEED so I didn’t buy. A week or so later I decided to buy it and I went online to look for it but it was sold out. So I just went to the store and it wasn’t there either and I was so disappointed. A woman who works there asked me if I needed any help and I told her I was kind of sad because a bag I like is sold out. She checked the back quickly and they didn’t have any left so she called some nearby stores and one had the bag and they were able to send it to me by giving my info over the phone. I’m so grateful for that woman! She wanted me to be happy even though it wasn’t even a sale for her store. That kind of thing is what makes you want to support to a company...
