I am so glad I wandered into this unique gem of a jewelry store. Not only is the jewelry beautiful, edgy, and feels as if each piece is one of a kind, but the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
Olivia was one of the kindest, and intelligent women I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I don't usually buy things for myself, no matter how beautiful or unique. I prefer to drop hints to my husband and hope he will take the bait. However, Olivia was so incredible and the selection so unique, I could not imagine leaving the store without buying something. Olivia was the perfect blend of helpful, while avoiding being pushy, or intrusive. Her honesty and genuine personality were disarming, making the gorgeous earrings I purchased mean so much more to me. I have worn them every day since. I do not know what she is being paid, but whatever it is, it is not enough. I will make Bora a stop whenever I am in in Providence, but only if Olivia is working.
And if all of this was not enough, I accidentally left a very sentimental item behind. When I called from Vermont a week later, not only was it still there but the lovely women who answered the phone dropped it in the mail immediately. I am so thankful that people like this exist in the world. Jewelry is a luxury, with so much going on it is the least important item I can imagine. Being treated like a human being who matters however, is not. I left feeling hope, and joy, this is in short supply these days, and on that day I really needed a bit of each. Thank you, Olivia for making me feel welcome, and as if I mattered. I cannot wait to see you again. I already have a ring picked out for...

I accepted this and asked that they send back the original ring which holds significant sentimental value. They agreed to this. While they sent a replacement ring, a beautiful ring but nothing like my original, they never sent back my ring. For over a year they have said they would send it back but would never follow up. I have sent numerous emails, most of which have gone ignored. When I do get a response they say they are working on it. They refuse to acknowledge that they lost the ring and have gone back and forth with me saying they would return it when they "got it back from the studio."
While I love supporting local businesses and artisans, I would not place my trust in this business. They clearly do not care about their customers or the value that jewelry holds to an individual. Rather than admitting that they lost it, my most recent interactions have been them telling me that they already sent me a replacement and not to expect mine back. This process has taken place over the course of two years, and I have waited this long because of how much the ring meant to me. I have finally accepted they have likely lost my ring and are refusing to take...
