Completely terrible customer service. My husband got his ears pierced at the provo location and we liked the earrings they had for men. A huge variety, which is nice because it's hard to find cool men's earrings. We came back about 8 weeks later to buy some more from them. The man at the counter was an older and different man than the one that pierced my husbands ears and was showing us the earrings and different styles. Which I thought was very kind of him, since he didn't have to do that. After him showing us his favorite style, we wanted to purchase from him. He then accused us of stealing, and was very rude about it. Even though he had no proof he insisted that because "he worked there 25 years" he automatically knows what kind of people we are. Of course theft happens all the time and it's a terrible thing. But not everyone is a criminal. My husband emptied his pockets, turned them inside out and put everything he had on the counter to show this man he did not take anything. And insisted that he search him himself. Of couse, the man refused. Just because my husband put his hands in his pocket does not automatically give him the right to accuse us of stealing with no proof at all. He wouldnt even call security like we told him to because he knew he couldnt prove anything. If you work customer service and you accuse someone of stealing you better have 100% certainty that it happend and be willing to call security to fix the issue. Blatently accusing your customers of stealing from you is not a good or logical way of maintaining a professional business. Of course, when theft does happen call security so they can fix the issue. Extremely disappointed in the owner of this company and quality of the merchandise. I’d been to silver loft in the past and only had good experiences. Moved out of state and was visiting Utah and family for Christmas. I came across a beautiful wedding ring. I’ve been known to loose rings so I’ve lost my privilege of owning nice things. My husband and I saw this ring and were so impressed. Sterling silver, elegant look, and $110. All of the others were $20 and under so we assumed that this ring would last a long time. Given the price. Came back to the state I live in, not even 3 weeks of having the ring and 3 of the diamonds fell out. THREE! Considering how expensive it was, I was distraught it didn’t even make 3 weeks. I’ve owned plenty of wedding bands purchased from Etsy that never lost diamonds. I lost the rings but that’s my own fault. So I called the location I purchased it at and the girl working was very helpful, understanding and kind. She gave me the owners phone number in hopes that we could solve this at all. Seeing as I was about to throw $110 in the garbage. I called him, and he didn’t answer. I texted the number in hopes it was a cell, and it was. He replied after my story and said he would call me after a meeting. No call. This was 2 weeks ago. I waited a few days and messaged again, no reply. I messaged the next day with photos of the ring and the lose diamonds. No reply. Ghosted. Do not support a company run by a man who won’t assist you after you purchased their most expensive “high quality” ring, and where the diamonds will fall out after not...

After going to the silver loft to have my ears peiced last week; The ear rings we paid $27. plus a bottle of disenfectant which was $2. A woman there did the piercing. First she did my right ear. When she did the left ear the gun didn't pierce all the way through; and she had to repeat the piercing. The next day my ear ring in the left ear was gone. I called the owner and he would only offer me a discount on a 50 percent discount on another pair of ear rings. I had already paid $27. for these tiny ear rings and instead just put in a ear ring I had. I asked how do I get the other ear ring out. He told me it would be hard to get out because it had a notch and was stainless steel. Well ovious ly something was wrong that the other fell out and the right one wouldn't budge.
