So this location is under newer management (for about a yearish, maybe). It has gotten a little better because of that. Before, it was so bad that I would have given negative stars if I could. Now the biggest issues I have are the food usually takes about 10 extra minutes to be ready if you order take out (I just learned to plan on that & expect it) & occasionally it's missing dressings or chips but I make sure to check before I leave & they grab whatever missing items without any issues & I'm good to go. Unfortunately, today was a little more disappointing. Points aren't added until the order is done & been released. I got my Points over 20 minutes before I requested my order to be ready, so I asked how long it had been sitting on their shelf because I expected fresh food. The cashier lied (that & her attitude bothered me most about the whole experience) & said it was just put there. I checked it, it was cold, so I asked for it to be remade. They also didn't add my dressings, but as mentioned before, that wasn't a huge deal. I got home looked closer at my food, I ordered a pork tostada, the portion was smaller than usual & I received barely a bite of meat which was half fat & the rice was hard & undercooked. Not the best value if that's what you get.
Edit: occasionally, I feel like this location deserves 5 stars, but then I try again & it's so bad again. Why is it so hard to measure food out so portions are consistent. I ordered a side of meat. Usually, the container is full, but then I received my most recent order with barely 4 tiny pieces of meat & the queso is usually full, this time half full. I'm still having way more bad experiences than good at...
Read moreworst customer service ever. all employees were messing around having a party not preparing food. i ordered food online and they didn't even start making it by the time i got there. they didnt even know it was ordered until i walked in and said something girl at the front just went to the other employees and showed them the order and all they said was not to tell me anything. i asked for thier names and another person named cynthia probably the manager told me for security reasons she cant give me thier names but i could have hers.(cynthia) never heard that before. i didnt get my food til 20 mins after the time i got there. by the way cashiers have to log in to the register that they are on which will include thier name on the receipt. that is very tight security.
2nd review decided to give this location another chance by ordering online for pick up. Gave ample time to make the order by ordering online and showed up at the time that it was supposed to be ready and to my surprise it's not ready ok we'll wait... half in hour later still waiting did they make any of the meals, NO! my daughter ask about the food all they told her was it was being made. I finally get fed up with the service and ask what's going on and they finally told me that they are understaffed and then a few mins later they tell me they don't have any steak. Ok so give me the chicken finally they start making our 3 meals we ordered online half an hour before we even showed up no call no nothing no compensation for any of it and we finally got our meal a little over an hour later. Read moreWhen we went to pick up our order, we had hoped for curbside delivery, due to today's number of COVID being over 4000. They said they were too busy to come out to the car, so my wife masked up, went inside and saw workers standing around, no one in line, only three customers in the store. Once she finally got a worker to come over, the order was ready right there on the counter. Why they couldn't bring it to the car is still a wonder. We love your food (though this order seemed to have been pushed thru the Enchilada style too quick to melt the cheese properly) and we have even purchased $200 in gift cards so we plant to continue to eat your delicious food, but will likely be going to the other stores. Springville location has even worst service, so we'll need to go North Provo or Spanish Fork where we have had better service overall. Please train your staff to be happy to serve rather than serving only the minimum. Many people don't have work nowadays so you would hope those who have work would be happy to work. Don't think I'm a grumpy reviewer. I've given dozens of reviews with five stars; I'm very fair in my reviews, so please do what you can to make this an enjoyable process. Simple fix: If the website and other information shows "Curbside Service Available" then be sure to watch for people parking at the curb and fulfill that service. Otherwise, don't say that you offer curbside service.
