Spencer's Punch card Incentive program needs to CHANGE ... I don't agree with your punch card incentive program, Spencer's buy 6 get one free, As a customer you have to spend close to $80 dollars in jewelry and only get one item free, value $13 dollar.. Your punch cards aren't even linked to the customers email address, so if you lose card your punch card you don't get to take advantage of your free purchases. I lost two punch cards that are full, I should get my free products, and can't use them, because they're not linked to the customers email address.. Other stores that offer incentive programs actually do link to an email address, So the actual person purchasing can get thier free item, (For instance) A customer accidentally dropped their punch card with all the free punches in front of your store, and that's thier loss. because the card is not linked to anybody. However your next customer picks up the card and they get some free items, (Is that fair? I guess I see the business tactic of this, The customers lose their punch card and the company doesn't have to give out free item or product which only benefits the store sales.. ..I'd appreciate,I know as well as plenty other people who would love this incentive program to actually link back to the buying customers that actually...
Read morewent in today around 2pm with my friend, we’re frequent customers & we had a terrible experience with the employees working today, me & my friend were walking through the beads in the back looking around and we got in trouble for touching the beads while walking through them & the employee (early 20s, hispanic, male) followed us around and kept staring at us everywhere we walked in the store and it was making my friend and i who are both female very uncomfortable, there wasn’t a second where he wasn’t staring us down, my friend felt pressured to buy most of the things she touched because of this, we paid and left, i went back in to return something for her because she was too scared to come in because of the employee from earlier, i took my camera out to record in case of a violation etc. he then started getting angry with us and said “i can do that too, and pulled out his phone and started arguing with me, mind you (i got everything said on video) we won’t be coming back because of the experience with this employee and the way he made us feel uncomfortable. i do have video of everything that went down and will be posting in on social media. i do not recommend coming to spencers in provo mall anymore. employees were rude, disrespectful and made us uncomfortable to...

I asked a super simple question and she was instantly defensive. I tried to explain something and was barked at with “we can get a manager!” And she stormed off. I didn’t even ask or mention management. Honestly if it wasn’t for the gentleman there with her I’d have just left and not bought anything. The manager was nice but after I told the angry one thank you and I appreciate it I was met with a bag shoved at me and a cold shoulder.
