The business and their people and mission are great. Thrifting and vintage are so good things!!!

The property owner/location are not so much. That stated, I hope those involved with the Collective Underground do well and that they relocate to a location with a better owner - or they help the current property owner understand that filming in public is a right and not worthy of the hassle of wasting taxpayer dollars to support.

Went to the Collective Underground with my aunt as an early b-day outing and loved it they have so many cool things from rings that are gorgeous 😍 to pins, stickers, earrings, and clothes. I got this beautiful wood tunstan ring and my aunt got some pins and stuff. It was such an amazing experience to come and even saw someone who used to go to my school and we have became friends now but she is so nice and is amazing at her job. Shelby Frazier should definitely get a raise. Once I have more money you better belive I'll be coming here again! Definitely...

This place has awesome clothes and stuff. The place itself was great and so fun! Staff was horrible tho, I watched a little girl, had to be at least 9 years old, go up to the counter to buy something and ended up one penny short. The cashier looked at her and said, “you don’t have enough money”. The girl almost started crying. Her family walked out and the cashier said “have a nice day!” With a smug look on her face.
