AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Puerto Rico

I’m grateful that the place has the parts that I needed.

However, I do not appreciate that when looking for my car’s part, they ask me for my license plate. Then, when checking out, they ask me for my phone number and when I say no, they say that I will not be eligible for the warranty and that saving the receipt would not make me eligible for the warranty.

This goes to show me where the corporate world will stop at nothing to get squeeze every last drop from us.

My license plate has absolutely nothing to do with my vehicle model and she could have just asked me that. If they say that they won’t spam me, why is it necessary to take my phone number?

This AutoZone in Luquillo has the most helpful employees of any store I have been to. I went in to have diagnostics done but was unable because the check engine light wasn't on. The manager Jovani went outside with us and checked out our car thoroughly. He went as far as looking up our problem online in the rain and would not stop until finding a solution for our problem. He took apart our center console and fixed our car. He put it back together all under 30 minutes and sent us away free of charge. How can you beat that? That's what I call great service!
