Very impressed with this restaurant in los kioskos de luquillo. We went at night so they had live music and cool ocean breezes. It was not to crowded either. Prices for most plates were very good compared to other locations. They had a nice happy hour bogo on mojitos so that was nice.... Now for the food! The flavor of the sauce with meat on the piononitos de churrasco was best ive ever had for a pionono. The chuleta kanakan was ginormous and good, out of this world!!! Yumm! Ceviche was meh🤣, wasnt a fan since i got used to enjoying peruvian style ceviches. Overall had an amazing experience! Compared to jibaros closeby I actually enjoyed this place better. Even though jibaros seemed a bit more classier and updated with a 2nd floor, I spent a lot less for much more here at terruño and it still had a classic charm with water views during the day. Highly reccomend!

Worst experience ever. Bad service. The waitress took our order and returned an hour later with the food. Tostones were soggy and soaked in oil. Habichuelas (beans) looked like soup and did not have any flavor. Rice was too sticky. Ceviche de mero tasted like pure lemon and wet, soggy fish. Mofongo de carne frita had like 85% of olive %10 meat and %5 mofongo. I asked for al ajillo churrasco mofongo and it came with a creamy sauce and was the same as the other mofongo; like 5% mofongo. Oh! and when we spoke up about the food, the waitress pulled the food from under my brother (who was eating because he was starving!) and took his knife away as well. two out of 5 people ate their food and they still charged us $52 for a majority of items we disbt even touch. It’s so sad because the resturant was so full and looked fancy but they fooled us. It was the worst experience ever. I definitely do not recommend this place and will never give them a second chance. Staff spoke minimally to us about or experience. By the end of this ordeal, we tried to eat at a neighboring place and all the kitchens closed at 10pm.

Straight to the point.... I was so disappointed in this place. The only thing "decent" were the drinks, but the price didn't justify it either. After waiting almost an hour for our food, the rice was undercooked, the beans were missing the authentic PR flavor, and my chicken didn't have much flavor nor was it tender. My wife ordered an appetizer, which after a few bites, requested it be returned - it just didn't taste good. But her dish tasted alittle better than mine. Our bill had the returned appetizer on it which we told our server about. He then said he'll need a manager to remove it. The manager comes to our table and questioned why should she remove it from the bill, while we explained what happened. She then said she'll take care of it but gave an attitude in the process. I gave our server a decent tip because I could tell he was trying to do his job and apologized about the kitchen taking long but overall, this place wasn't worth the price, the wait or the hassle. There are so many other places to choose from with better service and prices.

Omg! This place was amazing! Very relaxed, sophisticated "beach bum" atmosphere. The waiters are kind and knowledgeable about their menu options, giving great advice on your menu selection. Gorgeous layout with a bar in the front with booth seating and the open dining space leading straight to the beach! Now you see why I call it a sophisticated "beach bum" atmosphere. Lol! The food was to DIE for! One of their signature dishes is plantain prepared into Monfongo. And you can have chicken, lobster, ceviché, or rabbit (surprisingly really good), along with various sauces. Seafood there is really fresh, to the point you can see and/or pick what lobster you want. I had the Chicken with creole sauce Monfongo and my boyfriend had Lobster with garlic cream sauce Monfongo.

This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, exactly what we were looking for. We had dinner on a Saturday night around 8PM so it was very busy. Despite that, we got relatively fast service and the food was delicious. We both ordered piña coladas with rum. For dinner I had the chursaco (Angus skirt steak) and my wife had Filete de Mero (Grouper) covered in ajillo cremosa (garlic cream sauce), both were fantastic. There was live music and we really enjoyed it. For dessert we shared a tres leches which was very good and had coffee also very good. My only complaint was that our server spoke very little English, but my wife speaks fluent Spanish so it was not an issue.
