I had to cancel my hair appointment in my home town due to an emergency. I moved my daughter here to Pullman and my hair was just in need of some serious low-lights to cover my roots/gray. I was referred to Maggie at RockStar and she was able to get me in. I was a bit nervous as I have gone to same person for years and Maggie had no idea about me. I'm also one "picky" person. I love RockstarTan bar! The girls are super helpful and have so far been able to answer every question I've had about their beds and their lotions. Prices are great and all of the girls there have been very pleasant. My only complaint, if I had to come up with one, would be the wait times right now because everyone is getting ready for spring break. On average I wait 10-15 minutes for a base bed (I either go between 11 and noon on my lunch break or right before the gym around 5-5:30pm), but even with that I think the girls handle it well and keep things organized so it's really no big deal at all.
