Pizza Perfection — Restaurant in Pullman

UPDATE Not long after this phone issue with the female manager, a very nice delivery man knocked on my door with my order, i told him the order had been canceled, he said to go ahead and take it as it was free, about 15 mins later my card app showed the amount for the online order had been taken from my card, i called back and spoke to the female again and read it off to her, her response was that i had gotten my pizza (yes, but i had also paid for it) when i told her that she got very angry and said id lied in this review and claimed she never called me a liar, and than said i was a liar due to my review, than she cursed the F bomb at me and hung up on me, so i got the pizza that supposedly had been declined on line( for the second time in less than 2 years ) and was called a liar for, and than this time cursed at and hung up on. This is the second time in a year and a half that when I ordered online I received the your card was declined, both times I than called and did an order over the phone only to discover the money for the online order had been taken, by pizza perfection, upon immediately calling them to explained they had already charged me for the declined online order, the same female manager called me a liar, the last time she had to eat crow when it was proven that the declined order took my money, this time she told me I needed to order from...

We got a Cheese and a Veggie pizza from here As far as the cheese - I would classify it as below average

The part that was good was the slightly burnt/charred spots on the top of the pizza - I found the textural change caused by these to be a welcome change from the rest of the pizza. Also, the crust wasn't super chewy - which was also nice

On the downside, there just isn't much here. the pizza was quite thin, really flat, pretty brittle, and just didn't have much flavor at all other than a little bit of cheese and a bit too much tomato sauce. Biting into this did not feel satisfying - rather it felt a lot like eating a flattened box of cardboard that was slightly wet on one side. This isn't even as close to as good as national pizza chains like Dominoes and such.

The veggie was mostly similar, but a little bit better as it was just a bit softer and had some toppings - although way too many tomatoes were put on top

As for how this pizza does as leftovers, it's somehow even worse. It gets even more cardboard-like, completely loses its softness, and the crust becomes super hard to pull apart.

For the price, this was relatively expensive - you could get a much better deal at a national pizza chain that offers coupons.

The service of this pizza parlor is absolutely absurd I called in an order first time here in Pullman visiting my children and Devin is absolutely the most atrocious human being I've ever seen working a phone at a pizza joint. Well I've ordered a plenty of pizzas establishment before I had never heard of a salad that only comes with a bed of romaine lettuce and you have to pick your toppings, he was annoyed I didn't know the topping, and was even more annoyed when I asked for cucumbers saying " we don't have those, its like a pizza...topping.... " sorry to waste your time there kid, hope your going to school here where you don't have to work with people in a service industry. Your annoyance was palatable.... I hope my pizza makes here without...
