Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Punta Gorda

All positive reviews are fake!!!! I could not believe it when I called and I was put on hold literally without anyone saying anything. I had just got into a debate with my husband over which phone he should go with which line he should go with and I kept sending Metro because I had spoken to a girl last week that told me she could take care of me and help me out. So here I was trying to call this company to get my new phone line with new phone and pay them money to nights they put me on hold without saying the word. Then when I called back and I am not kidding you this man actually got on the phone screaming at me asking me why I am calling his store because I was calling the wrong store, he was literally yelling at me for calling him and complaining. All I did was kindly ask why in the world someone picked up and put me on hold without saying anything to me at all. I thought it would be a great idea to obviously let him know about the unprofessionalism that was occurring at his business. Instead of appreciating me for that, he literally screamed at me told me I was calling the wrong store and then actually had the nerve to tell me I was harassing him. Everyone needs to know never to go to the store do not go to this place it's a complete nightmare it'll be shut down soon enough. Can't treat ppl like that without...

Ohh my god. This guy just asked me, why I was calling his store? Are you serious? I told him bc I was trying to get a new line and new phone spending money w the store and he actually told me I have the wrong store...and went off on me like I was an idiot? Unfortunately you never know when your talking to someone who can have a huuugeee impact on your company image and your customer flow if you treat them badly for absolutely no reason. Rule number one in business, ALWAYS treat your customers with at least basic respect. This place is like thug central in the middle of an elderly community. DON'T BELONG. I think they are an authorized dealer of absolutely horrifying service and terribly spoiled owners that have no idea how quickly you can lose everything if you do not treat people at LEAST decently! He was mean and hurtful and rude and I called up for a PHONE and PLAN! I really hope this is not the business owner and if it isn't and the business owner sees this please please please feel free to email me because you have got to get rid of that employee right now...

I bought a phone with my mom and bought an otter box as well as glass for it. The dealer didn't have the glass and said that when it came in we could come by and pick it up (I cannot remember if she prepaid for it and of course the receipt is unreadable). A few weeks go by and my mom goes to pick it up. The guy there says that he does not have it and that the dealer does not make it anymore. My mom tries to return the case because there is no glass to go with it. The guy says no and begins to be very rude to my mom, who was nothing but polite. He refused to help and became more and more rude. My mom is not one to complain but asked for a number to contact the larger branch of Metro pcs to see if something can be done. The guy proceeded to throw the card with a number to my mom with a very rude comment. The number does not work. I will never go to this store again because of the extreme rudeness. I was shocked and angry to hear that this happened. Do not go to this store. I know I never will again and will ensure that friends and family...
