After trying this place a few times I decided to rate/review it. Before I left a review I decided to read a few others and one had me cracking up! So I've decided to review a review. I'll start by saying I loved the Pad Thai and the Spicy eggplant I had and the Thai coffee is delicious! Every restaurant has it's good, bad and what the hell was that days. If you haven't tried Thai Chili Togo yet, you should. Now onto the review, review. Holly Bremers comment about the drivers being "the worst and creepiest part" is hilarious, allbeit ridiculous! I'm finding it hard to understand how anyone can feel so negatively about a female delivery driver asking them to turn their outside lights on for them! Everyone who actually lives in the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area knows how insanely dark it is out here at night. It should be a given to turn your lights on for anyone walking up to your door out here at night! And the fact that she texted to say thank you and took the time to thank you for the tip is in my opinion anyway, very kind and appreciative. Not at all "creepy". As for the fear of emojis, HA-HA. I don't know about other people, but I myself have had Thai delivered and not only didn't mind the emojis but thought they lent a bit of personality and positivity to her texts. It's nice to know people you're about to come in contact with are in a good mood. Positivity is infectious. Same goes for the front house staff inside the resteraunt! I enjoy the friendly vibe they all have, Im not sure why...
Read moreI love myself some good Thai food, the flavors are always so intricate and the spicier you make it, you land yourself within the realm of wanting to stop but finding you want another bite after every bite.
For a quick stop, Thai Chili 2go fits all my needs for a wonderful tasting meal to go, and take this from a culinary school graduate at that.
You walk in, the establishment is built with a very minimalistic point of view. Easy to walk to the tables, the front stand for ordering has a clear view of the kitchen space, the workers make your food fresh hot to order, and they are very open to allowing changes to dietary restrictions or additions.
They are very transparent about what goes into their foods, what ingredients they use, and how it is cooked. Portion sizes are very fair for what the costs are, and I find myself constantly turning each visit into a two meal plan for what I get.
The picture shown was my most current order, a yellow curry bowl (mild spice this time, I normally like it as hot as possible with the Thai Spice option) to go, but with noodles into the mix and a side of rice. I've eaten half of it, and need to stop myself as the sweet blend of the yellow curry sauce mixed with the coconut milk and the vegetables make it...
Read moreWas quoted 25 minute wait in person. Ended up being 50 minute wait. Employees were short staffed and only had one cook. Front employee was audibly laughing at disgruntled customers. They had no respect. It was incredibly frustrating. We are okay with a long wait, if the wait time is honest and up front. Don’t lie about your wait times then laugh at customers getting upset. We witnessed at least 5-10 other customers getting upset or cancelling orders, and employees laughing after customers walked out. One even said “OMG reviews will be so bad” and laughed. This was on 08/17/2025 at approximately 6-7PM MST. Young brunette female employee was laughing at customers complaints when they walked out. As a business owner, I would have terminated her on the spot for the lack of respect. The food wasn’t bad. I did pay for chicken pad Thai with extra beef, and they instead gave me half and half meat. It was disappointing, considering how low protein pad Thai can be, and paying for extra meat, not receiving the extra meat was frustrating. Thai Chili is typically pretty consistent. The service was just very low quality. I hope management reviews those...
