This rude, judge mental owner of Seepish lost 3 customers yesterday 9/12/20. Her sign read “Masks are to be worn with exceptions of those who have medical issues” I gather she has not memorized her sign. As I Approach the counter her younger daughter asked if I would wear a mask. I told her I have medical issues and wasn't required according to your sign. She continued to ask me something when I told her again, did you not read the sign you had posted! A women from right next to me whispered, “Her daughter is acting very rude and her mother should be aware of it. At that point her mother the owner, came out from the back room as I approaching her I mentioned, I have been coming here for years and I have never felt so humiliated and unwanted in her store. She continued to tell me I had attacked her daughter! I told her I did no such thing, as she then verbally attacked me for no reason. I have owned a few shops in Kenosha and I am well aware of what attack means! Nor would I have ever been so rude with my customers especially with something I had posted..you either know how to deal with customers or you don’t. And she did not! I told her I would go public with this because others need to know who they are dealing with once they walk into her store. I also noticed some other negative reviews. I arrived for the candle-making class, only to be told I couldn’t attend because I hadn’t called ahead, despite having RSVP'd through your Facebook platform. The fact that you couldn’t make room for me is hard to believe. Additionally, the presentation and customer service were far from pleasant, and I was disappointed that no effort was made to sign me up for the next class. I took time out of my day to visit your business, and this experience has completely turned me off. A $25 class just cost you a customer, and I can’t see myself purchasing anything...
