I’ve stopped by four times during their advertised open hours over a span of months, and they’ve been closed every time. There’s never been a sign on the door explaining why, and they don’t seem to post on social media notifying customers of these closures. And when I asked for it to be fixed she was combative and seemed annoyed. In this sort of business customer service is key. There was never an apology for moving the design of the cake around and from the angry way she spoke to me I wouldn't trust anything she handed me (my opinion) to eat after so I decided to walk away with no cake.So I warn anyone buying a cake that if you don't like the design, the cake designer is not a pleasant person to discuss...
