I had an outstanding experience with Atlas at the GameStop on Capital Blvd (not the mall location). While waiting to pick up my order, I was drawn to the Funko Pop wall. Atlas was busy with a tricky trade-in, but when she noticed I was waiting, she opened another terminal to assist multiple customers. She was incredibly patient, helping a child left alone in the store, reminding them about a subscription renewal with care rather than pushing for a quick sale.

Once it was my turn, Atlas handled my pick-up order and collectible purchases efficiently. She listened to my complaints about GameStop’s holiday issues without any rush or dismissiveness. Atlas’s multitasking ability and compassionate approach really set her apart. She took the time to connect with three very different customers while maintaining professionalism and warmth. Young man Malachi is one of the coolest dude in this game stop. After having hands down one of the worst experiences at the game stop in Triangle Towncenter I came to this one that’s been around since I’ve been a nice school and honestly has never let me down. I would literally do everything I can to avoid Triangle town if at all possible and just make the extra five minute trip to this game stop and talk to one of them instead. The management service at the Triangle town has to be one of the rudest I have ever encountered and unfortunately in the game stop area they are known as being the rudest. I called this specific GameStop yesterday because I needed help registering this Brand New PS4 with Sony I brought. Someone told me to come in and they could help. Walked in and no one could help me. Told me to call Sony. I had the Sony registration pulled up on my phone,& I brought the PS4 box in and all. Wasted my time.
