Service is #ALWAYS terrible!!! They ALWAYS have a f-ing attitude for no damn reason at all!(excuse my French!) When I went inside I asked for light ice. She continued filling the cup to the very top with ice. When I told her again to remove some ice she asked me if I'd, "Like to pick the ice cubes out of the cup?" I also asked, repeatedly, to have fresh fries with my food, of which I was waiting for(i like fresh chicken better lol), and she continued to ignore my requests by giving me fries from the pan. I'm really not sure how much more specific I could have been; fresh chicken, fresh fries, light ice. All of these things are simple requests and I was more than happy to wait for fresh food. I did bring this exchange to the managers attention who basically just had a side convo with her in front of the rest of the customers. The lady then 'apologized' and I kindly told her, "I don't accept the apology because it's fake. I simply would like you to change your attitude." Needless to say it only got worse with her ending the transaction by throwing the bag with half my order in it at me, and of course it almost fell off the counter 🙃. When I told her she REALLLLLY needed to evaluate her behavior and not throw things at customers she responded by saying, "This is how we work here, ma'am." Soooooooo Bojangles hires rude and clearly incompetent workers to give customers the opposite of what they ordered, followed by snide remarks and hurling large bags of food accross the counter. Read moreWent thru the drive thru for lunch they swiped my first card it went thru and showed up on my phone immediately. I was told the transaction timed out and didn’t process because a receipt didn’t print so then they tried to swipe the card again and it declined. I explained to the manager that it was probably declining because it was a duplicate transaction in a short timeframe which was confirmed by my CC company when I called them but the manager didn’t agree with me. Again I showed them my phone where the charges hit my credit card immediately but the manager said it was just a pending transaction and wouldn’t go thru because a receipt never printed. I was hesitant to give them another card but didn’t want to hold the drive thru line up any longer. They swiped my 2nd card which didn’t feel right having to pay for the meal twice but at this point was the only way to proceed due to the manager not handling this situation properly. Fast forward 2 days later the charges went thru on both cards and I had to go back and ask for a refund which I knew was going to happen. Waste of my time and their time. They did process the refund but it shouldn’t have been handled like this when the issue was on their end...
Read moreI am not one to go and post reviews but the experience I had today was certainly worthy of this review! I have a cranky 6 month old who is teething and had been crying for most of the morning! I decided to put him in the car and drive around so he would fall asleep! Once he fell asleep I decided to stop at this Bojangles for lunch! I went through the drive thru, ordered and pulled away! I took a sip of my drink and almost choked! I am from NC but I HATE sweet tea! They had given me tea instead of my Pepsi! I drove back around and went to park! I got out and opened the door to my backseat and stared at my son for a second thinking it's not even worth it! As I go to close the door the lady from the drive thru window sees me and asks if something is wrong! I tell her I was given tea instead of Pepsi but my son is sleeping and its not a big deal! She tells me to wait there for a min and brings me a large Pepsi and apologized for the mix up and told me she hoped I enjoyed the rest of my day! That was definitely going above and beyond!
