This is my first time coming here and will probably be my last. Right off the bat, the food is expensive. You can however, fit a good sized amount of food into the tiny bowls they give you. All of the food is raw on the bar, including the meats, such as chicken, steak, pork, etc. As I tried not to think about how many people have touched the food or sneezed and coughed on it, (yuck), I filled my bowl with meats and vegetables and then took it to the cook to fry. It was fun watching them sling my food around on a diry grill and cleaning it at the same time! Fun times indeed! I don't know if they have a set time they cook everything, but my niece's food was burnt, my nephew's was raw, and my meat was too tough to chew. The fried rice was good though, even though they did only offer 1-2 tablespoons! Be aware, If you need white sauce for your food, they will charge you! Also, If you get full and decide to take home what you weren't able to eat on your plate (you know that food you have already paid for once), expect to pay again to take a doggie bag home! I've never seen anything like it. It's certainly an experience! Enjoy! Or don't, it's up to you. 😘

I used to come to CrazyFire as a child with my entire family. It was always a go-to for us. I recently went with my husband and our son. I was astounded by our bill - $62! And the 3 of us only got two bowls (so one plate). I love the food, but will not be returning. That is beyond absurd for only one plate of food. There was barely anybody there, and the waitress/hostess was a bit rude. When she asked us how many bowls I stated two for everybody and she looked at me with a judge mental look and was like “two?! Are you sure??” - I was very put off by that. Either way I wasn’t happy with the price we paid, nor did I find anything only that stated it was $16.99 for every person over the age of 8. I found a menu (must’ve been an old one) where 10 years of age and younger ate $10 for unlimited ($8 for 2 plates), and adults are $15 for unlimited. I could have absolutely paid $40 for that if we had unlimited bowls. Or even more to have unlimited availability to the buffet. However to be limited to only two bowls and pay over $60 for 3 of us. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m sad to say we won’t be returning.

I love the concept of choosing your own ingredients and then watching them cook it for you. They have a great selection of meats/proteins, veggies, oils/sauces, and spices to add to your food. All ingredients were fresh. The staff is friendly. They seated us immediately and explained how/where to select our options and where to have it cooked. Very easy once you know how! My one complaint is they don't offer to-go boxes if you're a dine-in customer. This seems wasteful. I assume they do this to stop people from really piling on the meats/proteins and taking it to go. However, their prices are a bit high and would seem to cover this situation. Overall, a great dining experience.

7.26.2016 -Will not go back to CF on Spring Forest. Our family used to love this restaurant, but I had not been in over a year...I was excited about the buffet-style selections and decided it would be a perfect choice for tonight. Checked their website for any updates or changes in menu, etc. Saw that one bowl was $8 and two bowls were $10, but that they also offered a $2 discount for anyone over 65. Arrived to discover that 'all you can eat' for $12.99 was their only offering for the dinner menu. When I asked about the $2 discount, the server said she'd have to ask b/c the website was 'old' and 'needed to be changed but no one knew the password' ..thus the prices were wrong. You guessed it... there was no senior discount, either. Determined to make the best of the evening b/c this used to be a great dining experience, I forged ahead. A sign on the buffet line said that if meat was 50% of the bowl, the bowl would count double. Didn't deter me b/c mine was supposed to be 'all you can eat.' Still trying to be objective. Long story short: 'all you can eat' turned out to be one bowl. The brown rice the cook added was loaded w/ coarse black pepper flakes that made it HOT and tasteless. I had used spicy sauces, so that only exacerbated the situation. [ I have never seen tons of black pepper in rice before, but that's the way it came out of the steamer, and I didn't catch the 'uniqueness' until I got to my booth.] The buffet line did not have as many selections, as I remembered, but I could be wrong there. Seemed short on fresh veggies. Lots of duplicates. Anywho... after I choked down one bowl, I was ready to GO. Waiting to pay my server at the cash register, I watched two businessmen check out the buffet selections and turn to head out the door. Wise choice. My bill for my one bowl was $13.87. I told the Oriental lady, whom I presumed to be the manager, that they had really changed in the past year. No reply. I did not check for the restaurant's grade, as I normally do when I dine out, but this time... I think I prob don't want to know. Giving it one star b/c it won't post, otherwise. Very disappointed...good memories, but...

Came here to celebrate my fiancee's birthday. The food was good don't get me wrong but still we were left with a somewhat sour taste in our mouths (experience wise). To start off the prices were a little higher than expected and I was not aware of a one bowl / two bowl rule. It's about $8.99 for one bowl and $9.99 for two bowls. Not knowing this I asked the hostess for the price of buffet ( the very reason I came here in the first place) and I was astounded that it was $13.99 per person. That should have been my reason to leave but we were hungry so we stuck around. The food was good, however there were no napkins at the table, other than the one wrapping your fork. You have to waive down the waiter/ hostess and ask for more napkins and they only give you about 4 napkins. We also wanted white sauce with our food, which is usually included at the other CrazyFire Mongolian Grills I've been to, and when asked for it, it is an 50 cents per little container. Needless to say I just ate with out it. A thing I did notice while eating was when one of the employees came to put more food on the table, they would just pour it on top of the old food that's already been out for God knows how long leaving the old food at the very bottom again and what made it less sanitary was the fact that no one wore gloves when placing the food. Another thing I should have mentioned at the beginning is that the food you don't finish eating, stays at the restaurant. No to go boxes are given which is a real waste...

Well my husband, mother and I decide to try this place again. Some time back we went and this was a buffet style pay a certain amount and all you can eat. I understand restaurants are having to make changes in these times. No worries we are open to change. Went in and new rules. $13.99 for one bowl or $16.99 for two bowls this is no longer all you can eat but in my opinion 1 bowl is plenty. Next we asked for white sauce with our meal and was told $.50 per sauce cup. I thought that was odd, maybe if we asked for an excessive amount fine charge us extra but not even her is one with your meal if you want more pay. Nope pay for any sauce. After my husband and I finished with our meal my mother had not eaten her 1 bowl that she got. Not because is was not good but because she was not feeling well. No worries we will get a to go box and you can take it with you. So I asked for a to go box and was told "No, boxes To go are not allowed for dine in" I was a little confused because it is no longer all you can eat but you pay per bowl of food that you fix. I asked again and could tell our server was very frustrated but finally agreed to give me a box for my mother's bowl of food that she paid $13.99 for. Food was fine but definitely do not like the new concept. Not on my return list, but again if you know all the details up front maybe it would not have been a below experience. The food was fine. Give it a try it you are OK with the...
