I booked a 6 session appointment with this company through a Groupon I found. At the first session, she was going over her "cleaning" routine with a new employee and honestly it made me question whether I wanted to stay for my visit or not. One of her tools is a brush that she uses to brush away dead skin from the area. She told this employee that all that needed to be done was to through it back in a plastic bag after using it because that was all the health department needed for them to do, was to not keep it exposed. Right ther made me start to think, well what other items do they not sanitize in this place. But I decided to come back and give them the benefit of the doubt. A random employee who was not listed as the person who was supposed to be doing my appointment was there and she did not seem to know what she was doing even though she stated she had been training for 3 months and was dressed completely unprofessional. I basically paid for this employee to stand there as that was about all the experience I got. The 3rd time I went for my appointment no one was there, no one answer d the phone, and no one answered my email. I recieved a call back 1.5 hrs after my appointment was supposed to start. The lady apologized for being late and I should call back. DO NOT PURCHASE ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS WITH BONNIE! The first appointment was interrupted by her daughter refusing to go to a hair appointment that Bonnie set up for her. She spent the next fifteen minutes dealing with her on the phone and cancelling the appointment. No problem, those things happen. Wished it had been a little more quiet and relaxing. So when she offered that I could purchase more appointments at the initial discount rate, I did so deciding to give her another opportunity. Her payment system wasn't working so I had to make the payment for the upcoming appointments on PayPal.

It was the next appointment that was really upsetting. The table you lay down on had someone's long black hair all over the bottom of it and Bonnie just flipped the pillow over from the last person that she had seen. She was running late so I witnessed all of the "cleaning" that took place. She couldn't' locate my chart, accused me of not paying (had to pull up my PayPal right there to show her she was indeed paid, and for several appointments), and during my session Bonnie engaged me in a very disturbing discussion that left me leaving extremely upset.

When I emailed Bonnie to see about booking my last appointment with her and asking if she found my chart, I got no response. After several emails, I then asked for a refund for the pre-paid appointment, still no response. Based on this experience, in no good conscious could I...
