If I could leave zero stars for this place, I absolutely would. I came in for a diagnostic and it was determined I needed a new alternator. The next day, my vehicle was dropped off and was told they couldnāt guarantee it being done the same day even though the day before they said it would be if dropped off early enough. 4 hours later, I receive a call that itās been completed. I shouldāve taken it as a sign when I was paying for my service and the receptionist told me to wait a few days before leaving a review.
Fast forward not even 12 hours, my battery light comes on after having dropped $1000 on a new alternator. Spoke with Howard who said it could be for a # of reasons and to bring vehicle in at earliest convenience. I had my mom drop me off at work but not before all the lights lit up on my dashboard and left her stranded on the side of the road with my two dogs who were also in the car. The car was completely dead. Their own towing services couldnāt even make it out to me in a timely manner (2+ hours later) so I had to go through my insurance and have my vehicle towed over. Supposedly only one mechanic working who can do that type of work so I waited 4 hours for my vehicle to even be seen again and another 3 for them to replace my according to them, brand new alternator that they had put in not even 24 hours before and replacement battery after their ānewā alternator completely fried mine. I lost an entire day of work because of this after already spending $1000 on a new alternator. I was told that sometimes they come faulty from the manufacturer which I call BS, my car was worse off this time around than before I brought it in initially.
If you have ANY options for other mechanics, do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else but here. Trust me. Save yourself the $$ and headache. All they could offer me was $$ off a future service which obviously wonāt be happening because I trust these guys as far as I can throw them. And a battery that they had to replace anyway because of their poor alternator replacement.

So I drop the Jeep off on Wednesday because they said it would take eight hours to complete the job giving them ample of time to fix it. I did not pick my jeep up until Friday, March 1st when I picked it up after $1600.00 of work my back windows didnāt work, my back locks didnāt work, my seatwarmers did not work and the airbag light stayed on I took my jeep back the next day and made them aware of the problem they said oh yeah we can fix it. I left it to be repaired it was not fixed they said they need to go back in and do eight more hours of labor so I arrange to drop my jeep off again on Friday they had my jeep for three days and I checked on Saturday and Sunday and they had not moved it out the parking lot so when I went back to pick it up they said they needed to take it to the dealership to be reprogrammed once again this is inconveniencing. I took it back to them on a Friday morning nobody ever communicated to me that it was fixed or not fixed once I arrived Friday evening at 6 oāclock to pick it up they said that it was not that problem and I need to drop it off again for eight more hours of labor I drop the Jeep off on another Friday this is three weeks later and it still was not fixed. They arranged for me to get a Rent-A-Car and said that it would be paid for and taken care of once I got a lift over to the rental car place they require me to pay a deposit for the vehicle at this point I was so angry because I was late for work and inconvenienced once again. The price for the tire exceeded anything online but because I didn't act on the flat within 3 days (timeline for spare) I did not want to take a chance. When I walked in, no one was here to greet. Then an employee came out and asked what was happening. I explained and I got the diagnostic on the flat. It was dead. I took a card and then left so I could see pricing. A LOT of options but since I was running out of time, I still kept card. I called back that day to place the order. I was told it would be in next day. Wednesday came around and I called in the morning to see if my tire had arrived around 930a. The truck was delayed and I was promised a call back when tire was inside shop. I never got a call back. I call back again and it was the same situation. I ended up being here around 2p and had to ask. The tire is here but I never got a call. The time is now 223p and finally they took off the spare. Not only was I over charged but the customer service was not there at all. I will not, ever come back here.
I came here afterwards to get repair on the new tire which by "luck" got a flat, go figure. I had gotten the road hazard warranty which I questioned but glad I still kept. I guess we had a better time during that visit. So yes, I came back and they were quick. Needed to get a new tire so I still had to pay for installation and road hazard. Tires are expensive but that's not their fault. So changing rating. Here again today so we'll see...
