Summary: 1 hour for a nothing great meal with sloth paced service. Good luck!
Quality: This place serves a food quality that is OK. Lack of taste attributed to the lack of spices spoke for it. Whatever are present literally taste have emerged from a watered down gravy. The Biryani which is expected to be full of spices and aroma had a undeniable sight of absence of either of them. The quality on the other hand is inconsistent and is mostly hit-or-miss.
Quantity: You would have a plenty of food for 3 people at least. With the food quality not repeatable, you might have some leftovers as well.
Service: Dreadful. You see a lot of servers and waiters hanging out around you. So much for a professional behavior. However, it seems very difficult for them to care for an order. With order requested, the food almost takes 45 minutes, when there are 3 tables occupied. You are not at all updated about the delay and you are stuck with the order being worked on. Even Google Maps mentions them having an average wait time of 1 hour. Make sure you take that into...

A group of 12 ppl wanted to dine in (including elders and kids), called in an hour early, were promised a table within 15 minutes, had to wait for 1 hour for nothing. Had to order food and go back home as the kids were hungry.
Ordered food couple of times, checked for pick up time, the mentioned 20 minutes. I go there after 50 minutes for pickup, and the order is not ready. Worst part is, they came back after 1 hour and mentioned that they cant make the food I ordered and suggested some other Chicken Biryani, and finally got food in 1 hour 10 minutes. They don't even feel sorry for it.
Shame on these guys, I am not going to so unprofessional and unethical place any time soon.
Bottom line, worst place for family dining due to chaos and bad management. Worst place for to go, as they don't deliver the food on time.
PS - I usually don't write any bad reviews, but if things happen consistently, they they deserve a kick...

Lamb biryani was stale and called to inform to the store to let them know the food caused stomach upset and calling as a part of feedback to not sell those stale biryanis anymore.
The guy who answered the call appeared to have mastered in saying ‘sorry for the bad experience’ and was kind of trying to explain the biryani making process as a tailor made every day from the scratch commercial.
When I introduced my name and asked for his name to make it a detailed discussion, he said he didn’t want to disclose his name.
I mentioned this transaction should either be credited or will be disputed if they agree it as a stale biryani (dum rice), the discussion ended as a part of not willing to disclose a name of the service rep to a customer.
