La Casa Del Sabor Food Truck — Restaurant in Raleigh

This place is sooo good! The Cuban sandwich was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had!!! The empanadas were fire too! I didn’t know there was a Cuban food truck in Raleigh !

I was chatting with the girls up front and found out they’re actually made by another Venezuelan food truck (which they don’t sell at their normal spot , only for the fair). I had one cheese and one shredded beef and they were perfectly crisp and freshly fried ! Also their homemade cilantro sauce was so good with the empanadas. I can’t wait to try their own Cuban empanadas when they go back to their location at Home Depot.

OMG!! I had to stop eating just to write this review. This is going to be my new spot! As a Puerto Rican, It has been super hard to find a authentic amazing delicious Caribbean food truck near me, especially anything thats home made. I finally decided to check this place as I pass it once a week and I almost cried lol. The empanadillas were fresh, hot, delicious, FULL, and crunchy!! And I also got the tostones with carne asada. Great food truck in the Home Depot shopping center on the corner of Strickland and Six Forks. Having eaten a lot at Calle 8 in Miami, the food is top notch and reminiscent of Cafe Versailles, Vicky Bakery and other famous cafes and bakeries in Miami. I tried the sandwich cubano and pan con bistec and both were delicious. Additionally their guava and cheese empanada is very good.
