The only reason I gave this place two stars is it's new. These folks came in with high-pressure renewal tactics and said they needed all renewals in by November 11 if you wanted to say. Then they come back and say due to high demand they were moving that day up to October 23. These people have no common sense on how to treat their most important customers...the current ones. Parking went up $40 a month and most rent is going up $40-$60 a month for the 2020-2021 year. Don't buy into these sales tactics. There are numerous new apartments coming available in 9 months and this place is just trying to lock people in to higher rates before people really see the picture. Inside...it's cheaply made...the bed is a rock and you will need a topper...the granite is not even thick as residential granite leaving it more susceptible to break off with pressure. Cheap appliances. Frigidaire is the cheapest line you can buy at Home Depot. I forgot to mention some of these high priced apartments have windows that open up into the hall. Then the crummy thing...they paid all tenants $10 to write a 5-star review which is why you see all the 5...

My first impression of this apartment complex is not even close to what I expected, and not in a good way. When I first arrived, I tried to use the callbox so they could unlock the door, but no one answered it, so I called the phone number. When I was talking to the lady on the phone, it seemed like she was trying to turn us away and didn't want us to come in. I had a tour set-up to check out the apartment complex but when we finally got in, the lady in the leasing office didn't seem like she wanted to take us on a tour but rather just showed us floor-plans that I already have seen on the website. I didn't even bother to ask again since she seemed like in a bad mood and had sort of an attitude so I decided to leave. I guarantee that this apartment complex is really nice, but after this, I don't plan to stay here anytime...

Logan and Chamberlain apartments are brand new and they are so nice! Comes fully furnished. The couch is very comfortable and the bed is a full size with ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the living room. The staff is very friendly and every Wednesday they do a new activity involving free food. The door is magnetic as well as the fridge so anything can stick on it. The lounge is very nice with free coffee and fun board games. The gym is easy to use because it is never crowded. The study room is convenient because it has a pinter and lots of computers to work on. It is located right off Hillsborough so it is near lots of delicious restaurants and right near NC...
